"I cannot get through on the phonelines"
We did:
Recruiting more Receptionists and improving our phone line services to accomodate 15 people in the queue.

"I am struggling to get an urgent on the day appointment when needed"
We did:
We will be introducing total triage to Richmond Medical Centre on Wednesday 8th December. This means that you will be prompted to fill out an online questionnaire detailing your medical needs. This will then be triaged by our dedicated team, who will then make you an appropriate appointment. We feel this will fit the needs of our patients better, and lead to more accurate appointments being booked - those with an urgent need to see the Doctor or Nurse Practioner on the day will be triaged accordingly.

"We need more information and support for carers"
We did:
Our HCA, Jodie Lowley, has worked incredibly hard to gain Richmond Medical Centre the 'Lincolnshire Carers Quality Award'. This involved updating and implementing new policies, training and information packs, so that we can provide as much support as possible for carers. We will be working hard as a practice to continue to provide any help needed for all carers.
